I am one of those people that writes long-winded reviews on sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor...so felt that I had to make a review of this ring. But for the first time, I'm at a loss for words...
The checkout process was easy, the ring was shipped quickly, and the ring box it came in was much, much nicer than what I was expecting. *Most other only jewelry sites I've shopped with have cheap plastic or velvet boxes -- the wooden one Majesty sent me was extra nice.
As for the ring, this isn't for everyone. It makes a bold statement. I only wear it on special occasions, but when I do, my friends are always asking to try it on.
The setting is very comfortable, and the baguette diamonds are nice quality. The sapphire has a nice cut, and very good proportions. The only thing that I will caution you on is that the image does represent the stone color and clarity well. It's an opaque, solid color -- not the clear, crystal blue that people are often looking for.
Still, for the price, if this is the look you want, you will be hard-pressed to find another one somewhere else, and I'm sure you that you will not be able to find it for a better price. Sure. it would be nice to have this with a rich, clear Ceylon blue sapphire -- however a ring with a stone of that grade would easily be more than $15k.
I gave the ring 4-stars because of the stone...however I think that for less than a $1k, it's worth a try. After all, these guys offer a money back guarantee, and the customer service staff are easy to deal with -- you don't have anything to lose.
Thanks for taking the time to read my review. Happy shopping! Cassandra M
