Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA and internationally. We deliver directly to your home, business, APO, or nearest Fedex location.

Do I pay customs fees to Majesty Diamonds?

Upon placing an order, we collect payment for the item including the cost of shipping. Once the package passes customs in your country of origin, the shipper will notify you if you have any taxes or duties to pay.

Can I ship to an address aside from my billing address?

Yes. Please make sure to inform us of the appropriate shipping address when you are checking out and it will be our pleasure to redirect your package.

Does Majesty Diamonds combine shipping?

Yes. We will combine shipping when it is available. To ensure the safety of your items, sometimes we must separate an order with an exceptionally high value.

Do you ship to military APOs?

Yes. We will gladly mail your purchase to any military APO using Canada Post Registered Mail. Registered mail shipments are fully insured and can take up to three weeks for delivery, so please plan ahead.

How long after I order will my item be shipped?

There is a handling delay of 3 - 4 business days after an order is placed. Services such as ring sizing or custom designs will add to the length of the handling time. Please call or send us an e-mail for more information on your order. If you need your order to be rushed, please make sure you inform us of the delivery date.

Are your shipments safe?

Yes. Majesty Diamonds takes many security precautions including fully insuring all of our items during transit and requiring a signature at the time of delivery.

What is your return policy?

Majesty Diamonds is delighted to offer you the opportunity to return your order up to 30 days after it has left our office. We offer you a no-questions-asked return policy because we want to make sure you love your jewelry. For more information, please consult our return policy.

Payment

Do you have an upgrade policy?

Yes. Any purchase can be exchanged for credit towards a new purchase valued at least 150% the original amount. The piece being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document. The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and wire transfers.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

As a Canadian company, Majesty Diamonds must collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Canada. GST, HST and PST will be charged on applicable sales.

Can I split my payment between two credit cards?

Yes. If you'd like pay with two different cards, please call one of our Diamonds Specialists who will guide you through your transaction over the phone at 1-855-346-3423. Our customer service lines are open Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (EST).

Do you have a layaway policy?

Indeed! We are happy to reserve jewelry on layaway and we also take PayPal CREDIT. Put 20% down on the item of your choice and we will ship as soon as you've completed the payment, as per our layaway policy. With Paypal CREDIT, your item will ship right away!

Are prices negotiable?

Our policy at Majesty Diamonds is to deliver the best possible prices to our customers. All prices provided on Majesty Diamonds website are final.

Are the diamonds real?

Yes, we only use 100% genuine, mined natural diamonds, none of our jewels come from a lab!

Do you offer ring sizing?

Yes, we do. Simply select the ring sizing option when adding your product to cart. This service is free of charge.

How can I measure my ring size?

There are several methods available to determine your ring size (or the ring size of a loved one). One of the best ways is to print off this ring size document for detailed instructions.

What is Majesty Diamonds privacy policy?

Do you provide insurance appraisals?

Yes. Majesty Diamonds offers an insurance appraisal with every engagement ring as well as any other piece of high quality jewelry valued at $300 or more, this excludes all silver pieces.

Does Majesty Diamonds offer custom ring designs?

Majesty Diamonds is glad to offer you the option of building your ring from scratch. Please see our custom rings page for a clear outline of how this process works. What are your customer service hours?

We are open from 10am to 6pm EST from Monday through Friday.

How can you afford to sell your jewelry so cheap?

We are major importers and wholesalers. Unlike your local jeweler or department stores that look for high profits, we operate on a low profit margin but with an incredibly high turnover. We feel that it is important to deliver quality goods at unbeatable prices. We do so, by purchasing impeccable quality diamonds in bulk.
