Our policy on jewelry returns
All products sold by Majesty Diamonds are brand new and manufactured to meet the highest quality, industry standards.
Majesty Diamonds wants you to be at ease and confident when ordering our products. This is why we offer you an easy, hassle-free 30 day no-questions-asked return policy. Any item can be returned if it is in its original condition within 30 days. Please note that we have extended our return period for the holiday season. Any orders purchase from November 23rd to December 15th can be returned until January 15th 2019. The only exception is the Final Call Clearance items section where items can be returned for store credit. Custom orders are not existing products on our website and are made exclusively for you, therefore are non-refundable. Any engraving fees are also non-refundable.
If something is not quite right and you wish to return your item, simply send it back to us within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we will gladly refund the full cost of the item (excluding shipping/handling) or give you a store credit if you wish to upgrade.
Any missing or incorrect items should be reported to Majesty Diamonds within 24 hours of receipt.
To make a return, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns require prior authorization from Majesty Diamonds and must be returned in the original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity and the completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please call toll free 1-855-346-3423. Write the number clearly on the form, the exterior of the package and be sure to keep the RMA number and reference it when calling to check on the status of your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund. Remember: custom orders cannot be accepted for a return and engraving fees are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the item, our quality control department will examine the goods for any unauthorized modifications (this includes engraving, resizing or any other alterations performed by jewelers other than Majesty Diamonds) and signs of damage. Any item deemed unacceptable by our quality control department will not be eligible for a refund and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items which do not have a clearly labelled RMA number on the outside of the box will not be accepted by our staff. Any item which has been returned without following our return instructions may also be refused.
If the return is performed as instructed it will be a smooth and easy process. Please allow five to seven business days after Majesty Diamonds receives the package for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued in the same fashion as the original payment was received.

Pack Your Item
Please package your item carefully so that it will be secure during transport. Please include the RMA number on the outside of your package as well as on any documents within the package. Do not forget to return any other materials you may have received with your original shipment. Note: If your piece came with a certificate of appraisal, this must be included in the package to be eligible for refund.
Choose Shipping Method and Options
Please ship your item back to us via FedEX Ground. You must indicate that it should be signature required, insured and make sure to obtain a tracking number for your own reference.

Please note: When preparing the package for return shipping, do not indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds, or anything else that may attract thieves.
